Steam Injectors are used for heating Water, Feed water, Process media, process liquors etc by direct injection of steam into the media. They are designed for quiet and efficient heating of the media ensuring thorough mixing, uniform heating and absence of temperature stratification.
- Available in MOC SS316, SS316L, SS304
- Sizes: 15mm to 50mm as standard capacity, custom design higher sizes are available on request
- Ends Connection: Butt Welded or Threaded to BSP/BSPT/NPT
- Max Pressure: 20 Bars
- Max Temperature: Saturated.
- Max recommended Heating temperature: Upto 230 Degree C
- Steam condition 21 bar g at 230 deg C
- Heated water temperature Upto 95 deg C
- For higher capacities, two or more injectors may be fitted in parallel
